Location was really close to downtown. Restaurant were close too. Nothing else to add on this review. Chicago is a nice city. The bar looked pretty nice

Great location. Staff was extremely polite and started conversations or gave me compliments. I felt really welcome. Location is great and despite being in the heart of downtown, traffic noise wasn’t loud. Bed was comfortable.

The convenience of location. It is in downtown close to and accessible to all the tourist activities. There's a cafe and a bar just downstairs, pharmacies next door and many bars and restaurants close by. Also a casino right across. Overall it is safe too.

Stayed here for a cheap night in Chicago. I needed to be downtown early in the morning and was travelling alone so it didn’t make sense to pay a downtown hotel rate. Rooms are like the youth hostels you find in Europe. The bunks were very comfortable actually. Buy a padlock from reception for $5 to lock up your valuables while you explore the city.

Got a good sleep, and, after traveling, that was one of the main things I needed. Good—efficient check-in and check-out. Seemed to be a good location; didn’t have time to take advantage of it.

The bar is nice and a lot of young people there. The only reasons to sleep there are the location in the heart of downtown Chicago and it's cheep compared to all the other hotels around.

We were in Chicago during a 16h layover, after another long flight. We wouldn't spend the night, we would just use the accomodation to store our luggage and take a shower between flights. We arrived early and the accommodation stored our luggages until check-in time - this worked well. The location is also good, conveniently close to a subway station and a few attractions such as the Magnificent Mile, Starbucks Reserve Roastery and the Riverwalk.
